1.3 HNB-C: RF WIRELESS System with Receive and Transmit Capability (requires HNB-A)
Basic Capabilities - HNB-C
• Utilizes "RF" wireless technology for dual channel simultaneous operation throughout
40' x 40' x 10' (typical) space. NO drop outs due to light or line-of-sight issues.
• Technology capable of supporting an UNLIMITED number of rooms per campus with-
out interference.
• IMMUNE to LIGHT or room architecture assuring use throughout entire room.
• IMMUNE to Line-of-Sight operation assuring total mobility and freedom of movement
for all users (Broadcast or Assisted Listening operation).
• Simultaneous broadcast of two (x2) independent channels: Teacher + Student, for
collaborative teaching.
• Assisted Listening user selectable channel selection with adjustable volume controls.
• Simultaneous Assisted Listening for all audio to an UNLIMITED number of users.
• Simple and secure IrDA 'PAIRING' in under ten (10) seconds for ALL microphones and
receivers for use in any room on any campus with visual LED status confirmation.
• Link and Re-Link ALL microphones and receivers in 1-2 seconds.
• FAST 100% RECHARGE of ALL microphones and receivers in under (90) minutes
using UL / Energy Star rated battery charger with 6v wall power supplies included.
• GSM and CDMA filters to avoid interference with cell phone users in the room.
• Comfortable and ultra lightweight microphones, transmitters and receivers insure
ease of use and comfort to Teachers, Students, Administrators, Guests.
• Mono and Stereo operation for Assisted Listening receivers (HB-RU) with common 3.5mm
input compatible with user-provided headphones or headphones included with HB-RU.
• Wireless audio design integrated with Audio and Video systems (HNB-A, HNB-B) for
simple install via CAT5e cabling and assurance of speech intelligibility.
• Fits 2-gang standard EO box with single CAT5e cable for cost-effective installation.
